From the filmmakers:
In anticipation of Saturday’s big event, we’re bringing signs and decorating our cars to show our pride loud and proud, and we’d love it if you did too!! Ahead of the Curve was made with a deeply intersectional lens. Educator Kim Katrin asserts that she's layers, not fractions - choosing a single issue or identity to represent just doesn't do justice to our movement. LGBTQ+ rights are Black and Brown rights, they are Immigrant rights, and Disability rights. In this spirit, we invite you to deck out your car with PRIDE and bring signs, flags, posters, and banners about the issues that move you. We've gotten permissions from the Drive-In to post these on the long chain link fence that bisects the lots between the two screens. We may not get to march together this year in person but let's show our PRIDE with this march of signs!
People must practice social distance at all times.
You must wear a face covering when leaving your car for any reason.
