Every year, over 300 volunteers help us produce the world’s largest LGBTQ+ film festival. Hailing from across the Bay Area, our incredible volunteers log nearly 5,000 hours in a wide range of roles and welcome 60,000 attendees to the Festival.

Please Note: We ask all volunteers to attend an orientation session and commit to a minimum of three shifts during the course of the Festival (approximately 12 hours).
