Frameline's mission is to change the world through the power of queer cinema. As a media arts non-profit, Frameline's programs connect filmmakers and audiences in San Francisco and around the world. Frameline's integrated programs provide critical funding for emerging LGBTQ+ filmmakers, reach hundreds of thousands with a collection of more than 250 films distributed nationally, inspire thousands of students through Youth In Motion, which sends free films and curricula to schools across the nation, and creates an international stage for the world's best queer film through the San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival and additional screenings and cinematic events.

Operations & Systems Manager 
Frameline seeks an energetic and orderly Operations and Systems Manager to join our staff year-round.

The Operations & Systems Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all year-round administrative and operational functions of Frameline's exhibition programs; including the annual Film Festival, year-round screenings, and special events. Additionally, the position would manage org-wide human resources and ensure a cohesive infrastructure for year-round effectiveness across all programs including oversight of year-round operational and administrative projects. The position reports to the Executive Director as well as the Director of Exhibition & Programming and works collaboratively with additional Frameline manager and director level staff. The position will work closely with the internal Finance Manager, as well as external vendors including the box office ticketing vendor, and building and IT managers. The Operations & Systems Manager would directly oversee key seasonal operations and production staff and vendors as related to the Festival. Learn more to apply.
