During Festival
From one hour prior to the start time of each film at the film’s venue location. There is no box office after June 26 for the final days of streaming. The website and phone line can still be used.  
Payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all accepted.  

At Rush?
When advance tickets are no longer available, a separate Rush Line will form outside the venue, anytime from 15 minutes to one hour prior to the screening. Available tickets will be sold to individuals in the Rush Line a few minutes before posted showtime.  

The Fine Print
All orders are final. No refunds, exchanges, substitutions, or replacements. If a screening is cancelled, tickets will be refunded digitally within 72 hours. Frameline is not responsible for an individual’s streaming set-up or internet connection. Service fees are non-refundable. The service fee is $1.00 per ticket and $4.00 per pass.
