Doors Cut Down: Queer Shorts from Spain
This dynamic program of new shorts from Spain starts in one of those infamous European Back Rooms. In Parenthesis a wheel chair-confined teenager finds unexpected happiness when he's left home with a hand some male nurse, and in Desire a husband and wife meet a pair of sailors in a park. Positivo documents a gay man's journey through AIDS, and Golden Whore is the story of a young man who rents himself out for his emotions. Next, a young girl develops a fascination for more than Bargain Lingerie, and in Doors Cut Down 16-year-old Guillermo defiantly cruises the neighborhood mall, making frequent use of men's room stalls.
