Welcome to Frameline48, taking place June 19–29, 2024 with an extended national Streaming Encore June 24-June 30, 2024! You receive a specific number of complimentary tickets based on your Membership level: Explorer (1), Friend Discount/Friend (2), Dual Friend (4), Supporter (6), Patron (20). 

You may redeem your complimentary ticket vouchers online now.

Vouchers may be used for any available in-person and virtual film programs, excluding First Friday/Centerpiece and Pride Kickoff films and any films that say “At Rush”. 

Tickets for First Friday/Centerpiece and Pride Kickoff films may be purchased separately at the Members discounted price. Vouchers may be redeemed at any time before and during the Festival. Please note, vouchers are valid for the Festival year purchased only, and unused vouchers do not accrue into the following year. 

Note that the Opening Night film screening will be free and open to the public. Screens will be on Castro Street at 17th and 18th streets. We encourage you to bring snacks and non-alcoholic drinks from local Castro businesses, warm layers, and small lawn chairs.

We encourage you to redeem your vouchers and purchase tickets as soon as possible since most films have limited in-person and online capacity.

Like in 2023, a valid film ticket will serve as your proof of Membership to enable your access to the Membership line for priority entrance.

Box Office Hours and T-Shirts

For Members who want to purchase t-shirts or for Members whose level allows for receiving complimentary t-shirts, shirts are back for in-person pickup at Welcome Castro by San Francisco Mercantile at 525 Castro St at 18^th St. The Box Office is open at these hours on the following dates:

• 3-7pm:
  • June 13
  • June 14
• 1-7pm:
  • June 15

During the Festival, you can pick up shirts at the Roxie Box Office.

To Redeem Your Ticket Vouchers Online:

All current Frameline Members have an account at frameline.org, and you may access yours signing in on the Frameline homepage either signing in with email or your Member ID. You may access your account when you are ready to select or purchase your tickets. 

• Go to https://www.frameline.org/festival/browse.
• Browse the film schedule and select the films you would like to see. 
• Select the Book Tickets button found in the bottom half of each film page.
• Once you have logged in, you can select a ticket quantity from either Voucher – Member $0, Member discount, or General Admission. You need to be logged in to your Frameline account to see Voucher $0 and Member discounted prices. 
• If you have any issues during the sign-in process or cannot see the Voucher or Member discount options, please reach out to boxoffice@frameline.org or 415-360-2507.
• After selecting tickets, click Add to Cart.

• You may continue shopping or select Checkout if you’ve completed selecting your films. Note that tickets sit in your cart for 15 minutes before being released back if you do not Checkout.
• You MUST select Finalize to complete the entire checkout process for your complimentary vouchers to be redeemed! Please review your order closely. Note: There is no per-ticket service charge for $0 (all-voucher) orders. Once your order has been finalized, there are no refunds or exchanges.

• After finalizing the order, you will receive on-screen and email confirmations of your order. If you purchased streaming tickets, within the confirmation email will be the link to watch the film online and the dates it is available to watch. If you do not see the confirmation email instantly after finalization, look in the junk/spam folder of your inbox for it. The sender will be boxoffice@frameline.org.  
• Any transactions placed without accessing your Member benefits will not be refunded or exchanged.
