Many employers sponsor matching gift programs that will match charitable donations made by their employees, and your gift to Frameline could be doubled or even tripled. It’s usually as simple as filling out a short form. If you’ve already made a gift, it’s not too late to start your matching request today — many employers will allow up to one year for submission of eligible gifts.

Volunteer matching was created to encourage service in communities where employees live and work, and these programs provide monetary grants to organizations where employees volunteer regularly. Please check with your employer to see if they offer volunteer service grants. Frameline is a volunteer-based organization that relies on more than 400 volunteers each year.

How do I know if my company offers matching gifts?

Many large corporations and businesses encourage employees to donate to their favorite charities by matching their contributions, sometimes dollar-for-dollar (or more). Your donation or volunteer service to Frameline might qualify. Please check with your HR or Employee Resources Group to determine eligibility and specific requirements on how to submit your matching request.

How do I get my gift matched?

If your company is eligible, either go to your company’s matching gift website or request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. If you forgot to submit your matching gift with your donation, you can usually submit your request to your company up to a year after you made the original gift. Most corporate procedures are very simple:

1. Request a Matching Form from your company.
2. Complete and submit the form to Frameline along with your gift.
3. Frameline will verify the completed form and return it to the company.
4. The company issues a matching gift contribution to Frameline.
